About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager role at Womelsdorf provides technical leadership to the plant for the successful support and continuous technical improvement of the plants manufacturing process.
You will add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:
Managing all machine maintenance, Maintenance personnel, assignments, and planning in the department Providing Leadership, direction, and training for all maintenance technicians Recording and documenting according to procedures, assuring accurate and complete documentation for current audit requirements Communicating with other departments to provide feedback on improvements and recommendations.
Fully utilizing the JDE module to execute the maintenance plan, provide feedback and report on performance Important Details:
This is a full-time permanent role with direct reports on 1st and 3rd shift.
Some weekend work is required.
