As we grow, we are always looking for new talent to join our team! We are looking for an energetic individual to perform as our Quality Assurance & Sanitation Manager.
This is a full-time on-site position, with great benefits and a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage QA technicians including setting goals, developing processes, and providing guidance Oversee implementation of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, pre-requisite programs Lead 3rd party audits with the support of upper management Manage the quality assurance systems and sanitation programs Ensure that products adhere to quality standards Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills while leading the quality and sanitation departments towards company goals and objectives Review and log daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly records Perform root cause analyze on products not meeting specs and customer complaints Professional communication written/verbal with internal and external customers Education/Experience Bachelor's degree or a combination of work experience (3-5 years relevant QA experience) and training Experience with Sanitation standards and SSOP's Experience with GFSI standards (BRC) Experience in direct supervision preferred Ability to communicate to all levels of the company Proficient with MS office Certificates HACCP PCQI Internal Auditing Job Type:
