Quick Apply Full-time 11 days ago Full Job Description We are seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources Team functions at the Stevens and Womelsdorf locations.
The HR administrator will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.
Essential Functions:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Human Resources Manager and HR Staff.
Assists with organizing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining the director's schedule and agenda pertaining to organizational strategic planning and development.
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.

Researches, analyzes data and prepares quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Performs administrative and clerical tasks including the creation, implementation, streamlining, and follow through regarding policies, procedures, programs.
Participates in meetings and planning sessions with designated leaders &/or personnel.
Plans, directs and administers various human resource programs.
May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
Writes and revises job classification specifications.
Assist in HR training programs and courses.
Develops, reviews and revises HR policies and procedures.
